Shipping policy
We deliver to destinations within the United States and U.S. territories. Shipping rates vary based on type of order (subscriptions vs non-subscriptions), destination, and item purchased. For expedited orders that are greater than 10 pounds, shipping will be calculated at checkout and will be based upon weight.
Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday, excluding United States Federal Holidays. Orders received after 9:30 a.m (PST) will not ship until the following business day. Orders received after 9:30 a.m. (PST) on Friday will not ship until the next business day (Monday). There are no weekend shipments. If the next business day is a holiday, your order will ship the following business day.
Next Day/Second Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 9:30 A.M. PST to start processing on the same day. Processing time can take up to 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Couriers can sometimes experience influxes in orders that will affect expected shipment timeframes. Sign up for updates on your package through your courier by referencing your tracking number.
