How to brew a perfect cup of coffee...

Drip

Drip coffee brewing involves pouring hot water in your drip coffee maker ; over freshly roasted, ground coffee enclosed in a filter.

1. Grind or use your fresh Beijo ground coffee.

2. Add water to the Drip coffee maker.

3. Start with fresh, cold water and measure the cup/s of coffee.

4. Place the filter into the coffee maker.

5. Add your Bejio medium roast ground coffee.

6. Start the brew. ...Pour a cup with love.

French Press

Made of glass and metal, a french press coffee maker involves slowly stirring ground coffee to the bottom of the carafe for a rich full body finish.

1. Grind or use your fresh Beijo ground coffee. 

2. Using a kettle bring water to boil.

3. Add the fresh ground coffee to the French press.

4. Pour the hot water over the coffee.

5. Stir it a little, and cover with the top. Do not press down the plunger.

6. Leave the coffee to brew for 7 minutes.

7. Carefully press the plunger down, pushing the coffee grounds to the bottom of the French press. Pour a cup with love.

Cold Brew

Cold Brew is an iced coffee, made when coffee grounds are steeped in cold water for an extended period of time. Then strained over ice.

1. Coarsely grind your fresh Beijo whole beans.

2. Combine your coarsely ground coffee with cold water.

3. Cover and steep steep for 12 to 24 hours

4. Once the coffee has brewed, strain it with a filter of your choosing.

5. Pour a cup with love.
